Our Return Policy
We strive to offer superior quality in all of our products. We know that computer monitors show color differently so we will accept returns on our hand-dyed wools. We do not accept returns on our catalog, swatch samples, canvases, paper patterns & kits. You may return hand dyed wools within 14 days of original purchase date for a full refund, less the original shipping charge. Your cost to ship the item back to us is your responsibility. Any returned wool must be uncut and in its original condition. Please e-mail us if you intend to return any purchase.
